Ingredients Required
Brown Sugar – Sugar in any form is unhealthy, but I always use Brown sugar (Demerara Sugar). You may also use granulated sugar or refined sugar.
Plain Flour /Maida
Cocoa Powder – I love this ingredient and the adoring taste this gives to any recipe.
Baking Powder
Salt – just a pinch, not much
Milk – This is required to make your brownies soft and not chewy.
Oil
Chocolate chunks – Any kind of chocolate like white, dark, or milk. However, I used milk chocolate chunks.
How to Make Quick Chocolaty Microwave Chocolate Brownies?
Firstly, you need a mixing bowl. Add all the dry ingredients such as sugar, plain flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix everything well.

Add first milk, mix, then add oil and again mix.

Now, take a microwave-safe rectangular dish, grease it with oil or use parchment paper and pour half of the batter into it.

After adding half of the microwave brownie batter, spread chocolate chunks above it and then cover it with the remaining batter. Put the dish into the microwave and cook at high temperature for 2 minutes.

Remember that some microwave models are more powerful than others; therefore, if your brownie is uncooked even after 2 minutes. Put it for another 30 seconds and so on till it thoroughly cooks.

Let it rest for 5 minutes before cutting brownies.

Storage Instructions for Microwave Brownies
