Keto Sandwich (No Bread) for Breakfast

We all mostly love sandwiches for breakfast but there is just one guilt. That’s if we could make a keto breakfast sandwich i.e. without bread and with egg because it’s a highly processed ingredient and also you can’t have it when you’re on a Ketogenic diet.

Sandwiches are my all-time favourite breakfast but I had to avoid them so that I can stay away from eating bread (a highly processed grain) first thing in the morning. Thus, if you’re not on the keto diet and avoid processed foods like bread, this keto egg sandwich is a perfect breakfast option for you.
