A sandwich based on ketogenic diet without use of any bread.
- 2 tsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Onion, chopped
- 1 tsp Carrot, grated optional
- 3 tbsp Cabbage, chopped
- 1 tsp Capsicum, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Pepper Powder
- Salt as per taste
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Cheese Slices
Add 1 tsp of butter into a pan.
Add 2 tbsp. of chopped onion into the pan. add 1 tsp optional grated carrot, 3 tbsp. chopped cabbage, 1 tsp of finely chopped capsicum. Saute them well.
Add 1 tsp of pepper powder. Add salt to taste. Mix them well.
Break 2 eggs into a bowl and add sauteed ed veggies to it. Mix them well.
Again add 1 tsp butter to a pan and pour the batter into the pan. Spread them. Sprinkle some pepper powder.
Once it is cooked flip it. Again flip. Keep 2 cheese slices on the mixture. Then fold it. Toast them well on both sides.
