Keto Sandwich

A sandwich based on ketogenic diet without use of any bread.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp Carrot, grated optional
  • 3 tbsp Cabbage, chopped
  • 1 tsp Capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Pepper Powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Cheese Slices

Instructions
 

  • Add 1 tsp of butter into a pan.
  • Add 2 tbsp. of chopped onion into the pan. add 1 tsp optional grated carrot, 3 tbsp. chopped cabbage, 1 tsp of finely chopped capsicum. Saute them well. 
  • Add 1 tsp of pepper powder.  Add salt to taste. Mix them well. 
  • Break 2 eggs into a bowl and add sauteed ed veggies to it. Mix them well.  
  • Again add 1 tsp butter to a pan and pour the batter into the pan. Spread them. Sprinkle some pepper powder. 
  • Once it is cooked flip it. Again flip. Keep 2 cheese slices on the mixture. Then fold it. Toast them well on both sides.
